The Company delivered strong financial performance, with EBITDA increasing by 35.7% YoY to IDR489 billion, while Net Revenues grew 3.7% YoY to IDR5.36 trillion. Gross profit margin and EBITDA margin also improved, supported by a more favourable business mix, with Consumer Health and Alliance businesses serving as key growth drivers, alongside continued operational discipline. “During the first half of 2026, the Company delivered solid financial performance, achieving industry leading double-digit EBITDA growth in line with our targets, accompanied by margin expansion that reflects the resilience of our integrated business model amid a dynamic market environment. This achievement was supported by the continued growth of our Consumer Health business, particularly through digital channels, the strengthening of strategic partnerships within our Alliance business, and disciplined cost management, which collectively enhanced our profitability. Amid ongoing market uncertainties, we will remain focused on strengthening our business fundamentals through both organic and inorganic growth, supported by continuous innovation and strategic partnerships, to deliver sustainable growth and create long-term value for our shareholders,” said Piero Brambati, CFO and COO of PT SOHO Global Health Tbk.

Consumer Health Business – Net revenues increased 32.9% YoY, primarily driven by strong growth in the children's and adults' vitamins and supplements categories, particularly through online sales channels. Gross profit margin and EBITDA margin improved, supported by a favourable product mix, operating leverage and higher capacity utilization. SOHO Group will continue to strengthen its digital marketing investments and expand its new product pipeline, particularly in the beauty and preventive healthcare categories.
Alliance Business – Net revenues grew 118.4% YoY, driven by the commencement of the strategic partnership with Johnson & Johnson in early 2026, as well as continued growth in several categories. Gross profit margin and EBITDA margin declined due to changes in the partnership mix, reflecting the different margin profile of the Johnson & Johnson business. Looking ahead, SOHO Group will focus on adding and strengthening strategic partnerships as well as expanding its curated portfolio of RX own brands.
Distribution Business – Net revenues declined 2.7% YoY following the loss of several principals, while the Company is actively securing replacement partnerships. Gross profit margin improved, supported by a more favourable principal mix. Going forward, SOHO Group will continue to selectively evaluate and strengthen its principal portfolio with a focus on higher-margin partnerships, while maintaining operational cost efficiency and optimizing working capital management.
The Company continues to maintain a strong net cash position and healthy working capital to support business sustainability, including effective supply chain and inventory management. The Company also remains committed to maximizing shareholder value and returning excess cash to shareholders through its paid dividend distribution of IDR921 billion from the 2025 net profit, which was paid in 2026. The Company has allocated a capital expenditure budget of up to IDR50–55 billion for this year.
The Company maintains its 2026 outlook, targeting mid to high single-digit Net Revenues growth, strong double-digit EBITDA growth, and a ~50% dividend payout ratio, subject to cash flow generation and working capital requirements.
